This 100% natural latex children's single bed mattress offers medium support and is ideal for dust mite allergy sufferers. It's available in both the standard UK single size (190cm) or the slightly longer European standard single size (200cm). Both are suitable for kids of all ages up to teens.
Hand made to order, the core of the mattress is made with natural latex which is tapped straight from the rubber tree. The latex is then sandwiched together with organic coir (husk of a coconut) for extra support and provides excellent breathability.
Dust mites - the main cause of bed allergies - cannot live in natural latex or organic coir. An anti-dust mite lamb’s wool cover (treated with lemon, lavender and eucalyptus which renders it dust mite free) is wrapped around the outside of these materials to create a soft cushioning and provide insulation in the winter and ventilation in the summer.
