Full Day Climbing Experience in West Sussex This fantastic full day experience in a beautiful sandstone area between London and Brighton builds on the half day climbing experience and will really give you the chance to refine your climbing and rope skills. No matter what your ability, the course will be tailored to your aspirations. Experienced instructors will kit you out with all equipment needed for the day, and will teach you how to safely belay each other while giving you useful climbing techniques. It's ideal for anyone wishing to start climbing or for those wanting to climb outside for the first time. Locations: West Sussex (South East) Agenda: Arrive at the venue at the appointed time and be greeted by your friendly and highly experienced instructor; who will teach you all basic rock climbing and rope safety skills. During the session you will cover: * Knots & belaying * Safety awareness * Climbing techniques * Hand and foot techniques * Body positions * Climbing etiquette This is a full day course and last for around 6 ½ hours. Notes: Your voucher is valid for ten months for one person. You are free to contact the supplier to book a date for your experience, using the details provided. The season runs between March and October (inclusive), and all dates are subject to availability. Minimum group size is 4 and maximum size is 12 people. All climbing and safety equipment is supplied. Please wear comfortable clothing and trainers. Due to the nature of the locations, you must have extra warm clothes and waterproofs - you will be provided with a kit list. Please bring a packed lunch and plenty of water as there are no shops near the venue. No previous experience is needed but you should be reasonably fit. Minimum age is 18 and maximum weight is 16 stone.
