Tips Buying Comfy Shoes
Wearing Shoes that are comfortable for your feet and body is very important. Many people today have problems with their back and legs and knees because they have been wearing the wrong type of Shoes for their feet. Of course today we all want to look good and fashionable and so it is important to find the right balance between shoes that are comfortable to wear and shoes that look fabulous. Here are some tips on how to have the best of both worlds.
Buy Designer Shoes
Designer shoes are a lot more expensive than your average high street priced shoes but it is for good reason. Designer shoes are made perfectly for your feet, they use good quality material and the shape of the shoe fits your foot like a glove. Generally when you buy a new pair of shoes you have to walk them in for a few days and until you do they will be uncomfortable. Designer shoes are so well made that you can wear them for the first time and they will not hurt your feet. Designer shoes can cost anything up to £300 which is a lot compared to the £40 mark in high street shops but why not buy fewer pairs of shoes and go for a good pair of gorgeous designer shoes.
Thick Heeled Shoes
For women we have the problem that heeled shoes are not good for our backs and bodies because they offer no support. Now unless we wear flat shoes for every occasion getting away from heels can be quite tough. One way where you can wear heeled shoes but give yourself more support is to wear thick heels. Stiletto heels are the worse for your body because all your weight is resting on two skinny heels a couple of inches high. Having a lower heel and a thick heel means the weight of your body is more supported and so puts less pressure on your back.
