Everybody knows that black goes with everything and so people buy black shoes because they know that they can wear them with pretty much everything in their wardrobe. The downside to black is that it is a little boring and doesn’t add much to your outfit. Silver shoes are a great alternative to black and you would be surprised at how many different types of outfits they go with. Silver is a great colour because it adds a bit of sparkle to your outfit which is why they are probably more popular around the Christmas period. The casual look with silver shoes – most people own a pair of jeans, in fact jeans are probably the most common thing that you wear and you simply change the top / t-shirt / jumper you wear. Jeans are a staple diet to fashion and your outfits and so it’s a great thing that silver shoes look fabulous with jeans. Any shade of blue jeans and black jeans go well with silver shoes and so then it is up to you if you want to make the top more dressy, casual, or dressed down.
Evening wear with silver dress shoes – for evening wear a lot of people wear black because it looks sophisticated and dressed up whether it’s black trousers, a black dress or a skirt. Silver and black go perfectly together. Not only do black and silver go together but they compliment each other as well. The silver shoes will give your outfit some umph and actually make it look more dressed up perfect for your evening out.
Dossing around in silver flip flops – we all have those days when we chill out and simply throw on our most comfortable tracksuit bottoms and want to put on some easy shoes as well. Instead of going for the bog standard black flip flops or brightly coloured ones that are more for beachwear why not go for some silver flip flops.
