Slippers
With lots of slippers in stunning styles and colours, you’ll be spoilt for choice. Check out some of our favourite styles.
Slipper boots
These are gorgeous for cold dark nights and snuggling on the sofa. Soft and furry ones are our favourites. You can get pull ons, buttons or slippers with zips. Some have lace ties, so you can adjust them to fit your feet. The most popular are calf length, but if you prefer shorter slippers, try the faux fur ankle boots.
Moccasins
Furry inners and soft leather outers; moccasins are great for slouching. They come in plain designs, or detailed with beads and bows. A popular men’s moccasin is dark brown, with a lighter brown fur lining. They’re light, warm and comfy, and make perfect gifts.
Fluffy slippers
Mule style fluffy slippers are our top pick for wearing around the house and doing housework. You can get them with thin soles or with a small wedge sole in plain or pattered styles.
If you want a pair of furry slippers but get too hot in boots, try the slipper shoes. You can get them with fur just on the outside, or fur inside and out.
Novelty slippers
For kids or adults, there are lots of novelty slippers to choose from. There are some good TV and film character slippers, so if you’re a Simpson fan you’ll love the Simpsons’ slippers. Check out the camper van novelty slippers from Animal, they’re fun and will keep your child’s feet warm.
Slipper sox
A cross between a slipper and a sock, slipper socks are perfect for keeping your feet warm without the feeling of wearing shoes. They’re lightweight, washable and have grips on the soles to stop you sliding about. If you have floorboards or laminate flooring in your home, and like to walk about in bare or stockinged feet, try wearing some slipper socks. We have friends who give out a fresh pair of slipper sox to every guest in her home. It protects her floors and the visitors love them.
