Boots glorious boots, I’m sure there’s an old song of that title somewhere or was it food? It doesn’t matter, what does matter is that winter is fast approaching and now is a good time to prepare for the cold and wet weather that is on its way with at least one good pair of Boots or if finances permit three or four pair of boots.

It was my granddaughters forth birthday recently and one of her presents was a pair of UGG boots. My son was appalled, UGG Boots for a four year old!! They are a half size too big so she’ll have them for a while. They not only look fantastic but they will perform a vital task this winter of keeping her feet warm and dry.

We went out for a pizza the other night and she came with us. She was wearing her UGG Boots with multicoloured whooped woollen tights; she looked a miniature of her beautiful mother.

Sentiment aside, whether you are young or not so young a pair of Boots should be top of your list for this winter. There are so many styles of boots that you could fill up your closet with dozens of boots and not one of them be a duplicate of the other.

UGG boots for little girls have already been mentioned and I’m sure you already know they make boots for adults. The classic UGG boots are made from the hide of sheep with the suede on the outside and the warm woolly bit on the inside. There are other styles of course, one being the knit range where the outside of the boots emulate a knitted argyle jumper. These knit boots look so comfortable it brings visions of open fires, glasses of wine and good cheer in the cosiest of setting. The boots are worth every penny they cost, not just because they are extremely well made, not because of their extreme good quality or of quality materials used, no, they are worth every penny just for the feel good factor they bring.

One other thing, UGG boots are not just women’s boots, no, UGG make men’s boots as well and again they are a sight to behold, very masculine and a sure best buy for any man.
