Members can send and view internal messages with each other without sharing email addresses. Messages are marked as \'Read\' as soon as they are viewed and can be deleted or stored for future use.

This feature allows images or text links to act as buttons which when clicked result in a small popup being displayed. Popups are displayed in such a manner so as not to be affected by popup blockers, they achieve this by not actually opening a new window but displaying a hidden layer already loaded with the page.

Flash based interactive GB map. User can zoom into a region where there is an office. Offices would then be shown as clickable hotspots within a region (eg London). When a user clicks on the hotspot, information (address, tel, fax etc) would be displayed from a database. About 100 office locations (approx 25 regions). Additional Business Centres would incur additional cost of £75.00 + VAT each.

Allowing visitors to enter a keyword / phrase / image name and choose from a category dropdown list to easily gain the information they desire. A list of corresponding images will be shown on screen matching their search, the visitor can then choose from the results list to read on further.

Allows your visitors to view your images accompanied with small thumbnail images, a short description and price. Any number of categories can be included and images assigned to these categories, these categories can be altered via the Content Management System. Visitors will have the option of clicking their chosen image to view larger images and a more detailed description. Visitors are also able to watch an automated slideshow of your images.

Once a customer has completed a transaction all products bought will be listed on a pre-designed sequentially numbered invoice stating customer details, supplier details including company and vat registration numbers.

Integration to off line or third party database is dependent on the third party database being able to inport and export data. The cost of integration is done on an hourly basis. We would communicate with the existing administrator prior to commencing work to give you an estimation of cost.
